Hybrid: Virtual and In Person

Hirsch's Quarter 3 Report Card Pick Up will be Hybrid. Virtual conferences will be held 11:50am - 3pm via a Google Meet link communicated via each teacher. Parents/Guardians must sign up with the teacher via the communication sent prior to April 1st to meet with the teacher virtually at a designated time.

At 3:15pm - 6:15pm parents can come into the building to pick up report cards and speak to teachers in person.

also during the in-person time, we will have community partners (LSC, Sacred Ground, Greater Grand Crossing Strategic Planning, etc) and food/healthcare vendors present (WannaPickle, Buttery Confections, Popus Gourmet Popcorn, Fresh Lemonade, Natural Healthcare products).
