Free Entry
Any student wishing to bring a guest must have completed a form and returned to Dean Bryant by Monday, October 7th.
Two (2) Guest maximum.
Guests must be 9th - 12th grade with a school ID
Pick up form in Main Office

Guests:
● Must be 9th - 12th grade
● For entry, all guests must present:
○ A copy of this completed Guest Permission Form
○ The same school ID as copied on this form
● No guest will be allowed entry without showing the same school ID

Attire:
● Homecoming is semi-formal, unless otherwise noted.
● Standard dress code will apply to the dance.
● Students will be denied entry for inappropriate attire

Dance Expectations:
● Students are expected to demonstrate appropriate behavior and respect to peers at all times.
● Students and guests are expected to obey the CPS Student Code of Conduct for all school sponsored dances/events (on and off campus). Students and guests who are suspected of violations before, during, or after any school sponsored dance/event will be:
○ Removed from the dance/event;
○ Restricted from attending future events;
○ Possibly referred and detained by Chicago Police Department;
○ Parent/guardian will be contacted
