This Thursday, November 18th will be a non-attendance day for students so that we can host parent/teacher conferences. If you are only trying to pick up your child's report card, we will be open from 12-6:15pm. Please remember that a cloth face covering must be worn in the building at all times.

We strongly encourage you to meet with your child's teachers to best support them in their learning. To accommodate more parents in the midst of the ongoing pandemic, teachers will only be available for virtual conferences from 12-3pm. Hopefully this will enable some of you to meet with teachers while on a lunch break or from home, if that is your preference. You will need a device that can access Google Meets for the virtual conferences.

If you prefer to meet with the teachers in-person, they will be available from 3:15-6:15pm. Please arrive to the school within this window if you would like to conference with your child's teachers face-to-face.

Finally, students cannot pick up their own report cards. This day is set aside for parent/teacher conferencing, so only the legal parent or guardian can receive the grades. Students are welcome to come with their parents, but it is not required.

Our counselor (Ms. Robin), Case Manager (Ms. King), School Culture Coordinator (Mr. Diggs), Attendance Coordinator (Mr. Myers) and I will also be available all day for any parents that would like to meet with us for any reason.

The links for each teacher's virtual meeting space were emailed to every parent. Please remember that they will only work between 12:00 and 3:00pm on Thursday.
